【摘要】 从1990年10月以来,应用吻合血管神经的带第2跖趾关节复合(足母)甲瓣移植再造拇指的新术式,为4例拇指缺损伴掌骨部分缺失的严重病例进行了拇指再造手术。移植的(足母)甲瓣及跖趾关节全部成活。经5个月随访,取得了较好的功能及外形效果,为严重拇指缺损的病例提供了一种新的再造方法,文章洋细介绍了应用解剖,手术方法及注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Oct. 1990, the 2nd metatarso-phalangeal joint and big-toe nail composite graft with the neuro-vascular bundle was transplanted to reconstruct the thumb in 4 cases. The transplants were all survived. The follow-up through 5 months, a comparatively good function and appearance were achieved.The applied anatomy, the surgical technique and the matters needing attention were detailed.更多还原
