【Abstract】 The emission of nitrous oxide is not only a way of nitrogen loss in ecological system of agriculture, it is also a contamination source of increasing nitrogen oxide concentration in the atmosphere. This paper reports the analysis of gas chromatographic determination of N₂O on the （?）oybean plant and its different four organs-root, stem, leaf and cotyledon under strict aseptic condition.
