新疆紫草细胞培养物的化学成分研究
CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF CELL CULTURES OF ARNEBIA EUCHROMA
【摘要】 从新疆紫草[Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.]的细胞培养物分离到5个萘醌类化合物,据其理化性质和光谱数据,分别鉴定为去氧紫草素(deoxyshikonin,Ⅰ)、β,β-二甲基丙烯酰紫草素(β,β-dimethylacrylshikonin,Ⅱ)、乙酰紫草素(acetylshikonin,Ⅲ)、2,3-二甲基戊烯酰紫草素(teracrylshikonin,Ⅳ)和β-羟基异戊酰紫草素(β-hydroxyisovaleryl-shikonin,Ⅴ)。细胞培养物不含从新疆紫草根中分得的紫草素(shikonin);各成分在细胞培养物中的含量与在新疆紫草根中的含量有很大差异。
【Abstract】 Five naphthaquinones were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the cell cultures of Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.Their structures were identified as deoxyshikonin,β,β-di- methylacrylshikonin,acetylshikonin,teracrylshikonin and β-hydroxyisovalerylshikonin by means of chemical methods,HPLC,IR and ~1H-NMR data respectively.There was no shikonin in the cell cultures,which was obtained from the roots of A.euchroma.The contents of each compound in the cell cultures are different from those in the roots of A.euchroma.
