二硫化碳致脂质过氧化作用对心血管的影响

【摘要】 本文观察了二硫化碳(CS2)腹腔注射染毒35天对大鼠血液、心肌、主动脉中质脂过氧化物(LPO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果显示:染毒组血清、主动脉中LPO含量比对照组明显增加(P<0.05),心肌中LPO含量也呈明显增加趋势。而各实验组红细胞、心肌和主动脉中SOD活性等无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,CS2是一个重要的致脂质过氧化毒物。

【Abstract】 An intraperitional dose of CS2 (160-320 mg/Kg) to rats resulted in changes of LPO (lipid peroxide) content and SOD (superoxide dismutase) activity o5 blood, myocardium and aorta compared with rats in controls.The contents of LPO of both serum and aorta are significantly highar in rats treated with CS2 (P<0.05), and also in myocardium (but P>0.05), and there were not great difference in the activity of SOD between groups (P>0.05). It is suggested that CS2 is also an importment industral toxic substance which may resulted in lipid peroxidation which might be a key factor in the mechanism of CS2 cardiovascular toxicity.
