【摘要】 应用体外培养和扫描电镜技术探讨黄根抗石棉粉尘的细胞毒作用及主要作用方式。结果表明:黄根对兔肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)未显示明显毒性;经黄根孵育过的PAM再与石棉粉尘作用时,(?)程度明显减轻,培养液中LDH活性仅是直接与石棉尘作用组的51.68％。提示黄根能在一定程度上增强PAM抗石棉尘毒性的能力,进而减轻了PAM自身的损伤。本实验为石棉肺的预防性给药提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The protective effect of Huang Gen herb on rabbit alveolar macrophage against the hazard caused by asbestos dusts was observed in vitro, The indices included alteration of surface morphology of the macrophage and LDH activity in culture medium. The results indicated that Huang Gen itself had no obvious toxicity to macrophage and could not decrease the cytotoxicity of asbestos dusts, but the ability of macrophage to resist the cytotoxicity of asbestos dusts was increased significantly.These data provided evidence for prevention and treatment of asbestosis.更多还原
