裂解气相色谱鉴定病毒的研究

【摘要】 本文应用裂解气相色谱鉴定脊髓灰质炎、流行性出血热等病毒的实验结果表明,本法的重复性良好,同一标本连续分析,裂解色谱图基本一致。不同病毒,其裂解色谱图有显著差异,不同型别的灰质炎病毒裂解色谱图也有一定差异。改用不锈钢柱子时,特征峰明显减少。裂解温度以700℃最佳。作者认为用裂解气相色谱鉴定病毒是可行的。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of the identi- fication viruses by pyrolysis gas chromatog- raphy (PGC).Viruses were poliovir us (PV) types 1,2 and 3,coxsake B3 and epidemic hemorrhagci fever virus (EHFV).Vero cells were used for the PV and coxsacke B3 culture, the Vero-E6,for the HFRS virus culture. The results show that a high degree of rep- roducibility of the programs can be obtained with the same sample.These programs are clearly distinguishable from different viruses. The PV,coxsacke B3 and HFRS viruses,for example,present with different programs. The different sera types PV also possess some- what of variation in programs.The optimum pyrolysis temperature for pyrolysis was 700℃. It is concluded that identification viruses by P- GC are feasible.
