非杀菌剂化合物防治瓜类病害的研究

【摘要】 两种非杀菌化合物诱导剂的盆栽试验结果表明:苯基硫尿灌根处理可减少黄瓜炭疽病斑数28.5%,病斑面积减少64.5%;草酸喷洒叶片处理,病斑数可减少30%,病斑面积减少73.7%。经复配的黄瓜诱抗剂施于早春大棚黄瓜,喷施二次对细菌性条斑病,霜霉病及炭疽病的防治效果分别为37.3%、42.0%、56.1%,对黄瓜植株有明显促进生长期和增产效果,株高叶面积增加10—25%,增产效果达12%。通过对几种非杀菌剂化合物的筛选,已筛选出对西瓜枯萎病能产生抗病性的一种化合物,经复配成KT—乳剂,试验证明用KT—乳剂处理的育苗土育苗,在西瓜第一片真叶期用沾根法接种及在人工接种的病圃中试验,防治西瓜枯萎病的效果可达66—76%。

【Abstract】 The Study shows that disease control can be performed by treating withnon-fungicidal compounds.Phenylthiourea (PTU) and oxalic acid were ableto induce resistance against anthracnose of cucumber caused by Colletotrichumlagenarium.The results of a greenhouse test showed a 24.9—40.1% reductionin incidence of leaf symptoms 28.6—30.5% reduction in spot counts per leafand 64.5—73.7% reduction in lesion size after treatment with PTU and oxalicacid.Plant with three expanded leaves sprayed with mixed chemical induceracquired resistance not only to C.lagenarium but also to Pseudoperonosporacubensis and Pseudomonas lachrymans. The seedling of watermelon from the nursery soil treated with KT-emul-sion,a kind of mixed chemical inducer,acquired resistance to Fusarium wiltThe effect of control wal as high as 76%.
