中枢α1肾上腺素受体在刺激肾神经传入纤维引起的血压效应中的作用

【摘要】 作者用氨醛糖麻醉猫,去除颈动脉窦-主动脉神经,切断迷走神经,以探讨中枢a1肾上腺素受体在刺激肾神经传入纤维(RAS)时升压反应中的作用,结果显示:侧脑室注射al肾上腺素受体阻断剂哌唑可明显抑制各种频率RAS时的升压反应;中脑导水管插管后,侧脑室注射哌唑嗪,抑制RAS的升压作用同样有效;两侧室旁核微量注射哌唑嗪可明显抑制RAS的升压反应。上述结果表明,中枢神经系统、尤其在前脑和室旁核的aI肾上腺素受体有促进RAS升压反应。

【Abstract】 The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of central α1-adrenergic receptor in the pressor responses to renal afferent nerve stimulation (RAS) in α-chloralose-anesthetized cats with carotid sinoaortic denervation and vagotomy. Lateral cerebroventricu-lar injection (ICV) of prazosin significantly inhibited the pressor responses to renal afferent nerve stimulation at different frequencies. The inhibition of ICV of prazosin also occurred after the cannulation of the Aqueduct of Sylvius. Bilateral microinjection of prazosin into paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus greatly attenuated the pressor responses to RAS. These data indicate that central α1-adrenergic receptor specially in the forebrain and the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus facilitates the pressor responses to RAS.
