【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>An expert sysem for diagnosis and treatment of digestive system dis-eases including those with symptoms of abdominal pain, ascites, jaundice.hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract, and diarrhoea by using IBMPC/XT and compatible computers. Based on the MYCIN expert system,we developed our own design and program. The system consists of obtai-ning, indicating, storing and referring of data of medicine (symptom ba-se, medical record base, matrix base ). The system is capable of renew-ing knowledge, making statistics, and being used for consultation consul-ting and interpretation. Using Chinese character BCLISP, we made thesystem clear in conception, and reimental in inference. By using Chinesecharacter dBASEIII, we printed records easy to be read. By running theprogram in "nominal" drive, it is very fast to execute the programs. Th-rough clinical application in 100 ascites patients with definite diagnosis,the corresponding rate is 100% and that in other diseases of digestive tr-act are also all abovs 90%.更多还原
