【摘要】 本研究检测了193例病人的439份CSF和血清标本,CMV特异性抗体阳性者40例(20.7％)。CSF中特异性抗体检出率高于血清标本,提示阳性病例为中枢神经系统CMV感染。CMV特异性抗体阳性的病种有脑炎、脑膜炎,格林一巴利综合征,多发性硬化、脑脊髓炎和脊髓小脑变性。更多还原

【Abstract】 All 439 samples of CSF and sera obtained from the 193 patients with viral infective disorders or relative disord- ers to viral infection in the nervous system were detected.The detections of IgG and IgM antibodies against CMV were done by ELISA and IFA,respectively.40 out of 193 cases showed positve res-ults(positive 20%).The positive rate for anti-CMV specific antibodies in CSF was higher than in sera.The disorders with positive results include encephalitis,meningitis,Guillain-Barre syndrome,multiple sclerosis,encephalomyelitis and spino-cerebellar degeneration.更多还原
