【摘要】 本文用放射免疫分析法测定了38例HLD患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)的含量,其均值为18.34±12.42ng/ml,较正常对照组7.49±0.81ng/ml明显增高,经青霉胺治疗后的部分轻症患者血清PⅢP水平可恢复正常。认为HLD患者血清PⅢP的检测为反映肝纤维化活动性、程度及肝细胞炎症、坏死的灵敏指标,定期监测对肝硬化的趋势及药物疗效的评估均具有临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum procollagen,Ⅲ peptide (PⅢ p) concentrations were measured by RIA in 38 patients with hepatolenticular de-generation(HLD).The mean level in HLD (18.34±12.42ng/ml) was significantly higher than that in control group(7.49±0.81ng/ml,P<0.001).In some mild patients serum PⅢP contents could decrease to normal range 2 years after pe-nicillamine treatment.The results suggested that serum PⅢP level of HLD might reflect not only the activity and degree of liver fibrosis,but also hepatocelluar necroinflammation.The determination of PⅢP levels may have clinical values in estimating the tendency of cirrhosis and medicine therapeutic effectiveness.更多还原
