【Abstract】 Chrysanthemum moriforlium shoot tip culture and rapid propagation were reported, The shoot tips were cultured on MS medium containing naphehaleneacetic acid （NAA） 0.2～1.0mg/1 for callus induction, NAA+Kinetin （all between 0.2～1.0mg/1） for shoot differentiation and Gibberellic acid （GA3） （1.0～6.0mg/1）+6-benzylaminopurine （6-BA）（0.1～1.0mg/1） for shoot multiplication. The results showed that 4.096×10¹⁵ to 5.310×10¹⁷ plantlets can be produced from just one parent shoot tip per year. The ratio of survival upon transplantion is about 95 percent.更多还原
