【摘要】 本文介绍一种商陆体外诱导抗体产生及其测定方法。该法在低浓度FCS的培养液中,将淋巴细胞用商陆连续诱导6d,然后用ELISA法测定淋巴细胞分泌到上清液中的Ig。因改二次培养为一次,不仅操作简化,而且节省淋巴细胞,易于在临床检测中应用。此法在中药研究中得到满意结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A modified in vitro method producing antibody was described. Briefly, lymphocytes were continuously stimulated with pokeweed mitogen for 6 days and then the amounts of secreted IgG in the supernatants were measured with ELISA method. The modified method was simplified to one-step cultrue instead of two-step one which could save lymphocytes to be used and would suit for lab test. Satisfactory results were obtained with it in the study of traditional Chinese herbs.更多还原
