【Abstract】 We studied several plant Xiaozhiling from 1475 plants as curing agents of plasmid during 1989~1991. It was demonstrated that Ⅰ and Ⅱ plant Xiaozhiling could eliminate not only R plasmids of ETEC strains, but also Ent plasmids by many elimination tests. The curing rate of tetracyline R-plasmids of ETEC was 68.06%, while the curing rate of Ent plasmids was 45. 99%. But the rates varied remarkably with different ETEC strains. Loss of one large plasmid was clearly found in the curing strains by agarose get electrophoresis. Thus, the optimal curing agents of R-Ent plasmid of ETEC were found.更多还原
