【Abstract】 This paper reported the establishment of two hybridoma cell lines (YL-1 and YL-2) which secreted monoclonal antibodies against the endotoxin of Leptospira interrogans serogroup Pomona serovar pomona strain Luo.The McAbs of YL-1 and YL-2 were of IgM and had higher serogroup specificity by MAT.The YL-1 and YL-2 hybridoma cells could secrete McAbs steadily and continously in vitro for more than 7 months.The two hybridoma cell lines still maintained the activity of secreting McAb after they had been frozen in liquid nitrogen for 3 months.更多还原
