水稻纹枯病抗性机制的研究
A STUDY ON THE MECHANISM OF RESISTANCE TO SHEATH BLIGHT IN RICE
【摘要】 本试验选择5个对纹枯病抗感性不同的水稻品种,就它们的细胞组织结构、生化反应与抗性的关系进行了研究。结果表明:抗病品种的叶片蜡质含量和叶鞘硅化细胞数目都明显多于感病品种;人工接菌后,抗病品种的过氧化酶活性增加的速度和峰值都大于感病品种;抗病品种的多酚氧化酶和苯丙氨酸转氨酶活性也强于感病品种。试验还表明:品种的游离氨基酸含量与抗性没有相关性。
【Abstract】 Five rice varieties with different levels of resistance to sheath blight were used in the study: The relationship between resistance and host tissue structure, biochemical changes before and after inoculation were surveyed.The results showed that the content of epicuticular wax and number of silicic cell in the sheath were much more in resistant varieties than those in susceptible ones. After inoculation, resistant varieties had higher increase rate and peak value of peroxidase (PO) activity, and the activities of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) in resistant varieties were also higher than those in susceptible varieties.Meanwhile, the results indicated that free amino acid content in rice was not necessarily associated with the level of resistance.
