【Abstract】 This paper produced a dynamic and quantitative analysis to benefits of waterlogging damage alleviating, water- logging control and land reclamation and side products of a waterlogging control project of the Heilongjiang province based on the principle of grey system. The results and conclusion are reasonable and the method is feasible. The paper aims to provide a scientific base for water conservancy planning and general control of agriculture in the Eighth Five Years Programm of Heilongjiang province.更多还原
