【Abstract】 The Guinea fowl was very susceptible to the virus of Newcastle Disease. But vaccination with Newcastle vaccine resulted in better protection against such disease. In groups,when the average value of antibody was 84,the protective rate was 100%. When the former was 30 or 9 ,the latter was 60%or 30%correspondingly. If the former was reduced to zero,the fowl would fail to have power of resistance to Newcastle Disease.更多还原
