【Abstract】 Human T cells can be induced to enter into G1（G1a and G1b）phase,but not into S and G2/M phases from G₀ phase by low—dose PHA（0.15μg/ml）,and the low—dose PHA—activatedT cells can by induced to enter into S and G2/M phases by rIL—2.By using this system the ef-fect of the multiglycoside of Tryperygium Wilfodii Hood F.（T）on T cell proliferation has beenflowcytometrically analyzed.The data indicate that T inhibites T cell proliferation at the facetsG₀—G1a,G1a—G1b,G1—S and S-G2/M in the cell cycle.更多还原
