【摘要】 本文对系统性红斑狼疮、丙型肝炎、烧伤、鼻咽癌、肝癌、肺癌患者及正常人血清的可溶性白细胞介素2受体水平进行检测,结果分别为972.8±96.9,923.8±77.9,981.3±97.8,635.0±195.1,587.4±231.0,571.8±104.4及286.8±73.8(U/ml).表明所测患者血清 SIL—2R 水平均明显高于正常人,同时提供了国产试剂盒检测此类疾病的参考标准.更多还原

【Abstract】 Level of soluble interleuckin 2 receptor in serum of SLE,HCV,Burn,NPC,HCC,Lung Cancer,and normal donor was tesed.The results are,SLE 972.8±96.9,HCV 923.8±77.9.Burn 981.3±97.8,NPC635.0±97.8,HCC 587.4±231.0,Lung Cancer 571.8±104.4 and normal donors 286.8±73.8(Units/ml).In these diseases the SIL—2R concentration was much higher than normal donors The results can become a standard of level of SIL—2R in serum of these diseases.更多还原
