【摘要】 本文按照世界卫生组织高血压诊断标准,采用流行病学前瞻性观察方法,随机选择两个相似人群,对年龄≥35岁居民5441人,进行连续三年高血压患者系统管理和对照组自然趋势对比分析.研究结果表明:高血压患病率,三年后对照组上升近5%(P<0.05),干预组基本保持稳定(P>0.05).血压均值变化,干预组收缩压、舒张压逐年降低,规律性降压药物治疗由31.4%提高到53.1%,高血压控制率达90.5%,干预人群总体血压水准低于对照人群.脑卒中发病率较对照组有降低趋势.本研究达到了世界卫生组织提出的高血压早期预防的管理目标.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to hypertension diagnosis standard from the world Health Organization (WHO), We carried our have prospective study epidemiology. The sample 5441 with age over of 35 years,from the community were randomly divided in two groups and the date derived from the intervention group over the 3 year were managed the anlihypertensive and the control group were naturaly observed. The results of the comrolgroup were rised nearly 5% (P<0.05)and the intervention group were nearly keeped stable (P>0.05) to the average rate of hypertension. The systolic and diastolic pressure of intervention group were lowered and was used to guide treatment of drug from 31. 4%to 53.1% and the control rate of hypertension was reach 90. 5%. The general blood pressure level and the incidence of stroke were decreased compared with the contrl group. Our results concludes that international of hypertension has reached goal of early prevention and mange of hypertention by WHO.更多还原
