【摘要】 本文于1990～1991年在山东省境内6个县(市)林区及山区首次进行了莱姆病血清学调查,结果证实省内部分林区及山区人群中存在莱姆病感染。经个案流行病学调查,结合血清学及临床症状,共确诊典型病人19例。山区及平原林区均存在和发生莱姆病患者,各年龄组间莱姆病感染无显著性差别(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investigation of Lyme disease was carried out in forest region and mountain area of 6 counties of Shandong province from 1990 to 1991.1919 human serum specimens were collected, 120 of which were positive, average positive rate was 6.25%.19 Lyme disease cases were confirmed according to their cpidemiologic investigation, serum detection, and typical clinical manifetations. For the first time. the extensive existence of Lyme disease in Shandong Proyince was confirmed by this investigation. Lyme disease patients exist both in mountain area and forest region of plain.
