大鼠红细胞中ATP和辅酶Ⅰ的增龄性变化

【摘要】 本文应用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定3~4月龄、7~8月龄和12~13月龄Wistar大鼠红细胞中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)和辅酶I(NAD)水平.结果表明,ATP分别为:0.810±0.214、0.571±0.157和0.325±0.057μmol/gHb;NAD分别为:0.909±0.137、0.592±0.258和0.622±0.122μmol/gHb.红细胞中ATP含量随增龄显著下降。NAD含量7~8月龄较3~4月龄显著下降,而7~8月龄与12~13月龄大鼠NAD含量比较变化不明显.因此认为,ATP可作为衰老诊断的参考指标。NAD与衰老的关系有进一步探讨的必要。衰老过程中细胞代谢变化的研究可能是探讨衰老机理的—个方面。

【Abstract】 ATP and NAD were measured with rHPLC in 3-4 month. 7-8 month and 12-13 month rat. Mean values of ATP 0. 810 ±0. 214,0. 571±0.157 and 0. 325±0. 057μmol/gHb respectively; and that of NAD were 0. 909±0. 137,0. 592±0. 258 and 0. 622±0. 122μnol/gHb respectively. The concentration of ATP decreased and NAD dropped significantly in the rats of 7-8 month, but remained stable at a relatively low level. The relation of NAD and aging needs further research. Changing of cellulav metabolism may be one of the mechanisms in Aging.
