【Abstract】 In this study, right CCA was ligated in Kunming mice. It was found that contents of bilateral cerebral hemisphere water and calcium increased. The changes in signs, such as malaise, pancity of movement, hairstanding, shink, sleeping-like and losing body weight, were also observed. From the above, it is suggested that ligation of unilateral CCA of mice can cause global cerebral ischemic model.更多还原
