【Abstract】 Fourty embalmed(?)upper limbs weredissected to study the neurovascularbundles passing through the cubitalcommon tendon.Altogether 60 bundles,0.5—1.0mm in diameter and mostlyin the right arm,have been found,among which 24 bundles appear at thelateral epicondyle and in most caseeach contains only one artery.Thisartery comes mainly from the radialrecurrent artery and passes through theextensor carpi radial long or the apon-eurosis of extensor carpi radial bravis.It may also come from the radial colla-teral artery and penetrates the tricepsbrachii.At each site of penetrationthere is a tendious orifice holding thebundle and the bundle is usually inve-sted with a layer of membrane.Theneurovascular bundle is discussed interms of its clinical application andetiological value related to lateralepicondylitis.更多还原
