【Abstract】 A new designing procedure is presented for discrete time neural network according to the structure of the biolosical neural systems. A theoretical analysis of the stability and synthesis procedure of the discrete time neural network is developed.Based on the switched capacitor techniques, a theory and method for implementation for the discrete time neural network have been established, providing a technical way to the large—scale integration of discrete time neural networks.更多还原
