交联HPAM冻胶性能的研究
STUDY ON PROPERTIES OF CROSS-LINKED HPAM GEL
【摘要】 研究了HPAM和金属离子Ti+4、Mn+4、Cr+3、Zr+4、Al+3、Fe+3交联冻胶的性能,讨论了PAM水解度、pH值、温度和无机盐对交联冻胶性能的影响,给出了不同冻胶的成胶条件。指出Cr+3冻胶的抗盐、抗剪切能力强,但抗温能力较差;Ti+4、Zr+4冻胶是一种性能优良的冻胶。
【Abstract】 The study on properties of HA PM and its gel cross-linked by Ti4+,Mn4+,Cr3+,Zr4+,Al3+ and Fe3+ was conducted. The influence of hydrolyzing degree,pH,temperature and inorganic salts on cross-linked gel properties was investigated and the conditions of the gel formation were also determined. It pointed out that the gel cross-linked by Al3+ has potential resistance to salt and to shear,but low resistance to temperature;the gels treated with Ti4+ and Zr4+ are gels with good properties.
