西瓜蔓枯病研究——病害的消长规律

【摘要】 1987~1990年的研究结果表明,西瓜蔓枯病[Mycosphaerella melonis(Pass.)Chiu etWalker]的发生与气象因素关系密切.病菌在5~35℃均可生长,以20~30℃较适宜,尤以25~28℃为最适宜;子囊孢子和分生孢子在10~32℃均可萌发,以25~27℃为最适;病害的潜育期在发病温度范围内随着温度升高而缩短,在15℃时需10~11天,28℃时只需3.5天.感病的膨瓜期遇上雨日多、雨量大、湿度高,易引起病害流行. 西瓜品种间的抗病性有一定差异,其中以新红宝、郑杂1号、平优较抗病,新澄1号、珍宝次之,浙蜜1号、浙蜜2号较感病,中育1号和伊选最感病. 连作地块病重,如能清除旱地土表和田园四周的病残体,可减轻发病.

【Abstract】 Results of the study from 1987 to 1990 showed that the epidemic of the disease (Mycosphaerella melonis (Pass. ) Chiu et Walker) was closely related with climatic conditions. Temperature suitable for the pathogen growth was between 5 - 35 ℃ , but that between20-30 ℃ being more favorable and the optimum was between 25-28 ℃. Temperature for germination of the ascospores and conidiospores was between 10-32 ℃, and the optimum was between 25 - 27℃. The incubation period of the pathogen on the host shortened at the rise of temperature suitable for disease development. The incubation time was 10-11 days at 15 ℃ , but 3. 5 days at 28 ℃., A severe epidemic could occur at the melon expanding stage, the most susceptible period, under the conditions of many rainfall days, high rainfall level and high air humidity. Resistance to the disease among cultivars was different. Resistant cultivars included Xin Hongbao, Zheng Za No. 1 and Ping You. Moderate ones were Xin Cheng 1, Zheng Bao, and susceptible ones were Zhe Mi 1, Zhe Mi 2, Zhong Yu 1 and Yi Xuan. The disease severity would be serious in continuous cropping fields , but declined it the debris with the pathogen could be eliminated from the surfaces and borderlands of watermelon fields.
