【Abstract】 A new variety, Fusarium moniliforme var. hangzhouense Wang et Ye var. nov. of the section Lise-ola is described in this paper. The specimen(ZAUF 1606)of Phragmites communis Trin was collected during 1990 in Hangzhou,China. Colony diameters on PSA for 4 days were 2. 5 - 3. 5 cm at 25 c. Colonies floccose to powdery.initially white,becoming roseate to purple. Two type of microconidia were observed:lemon-shaped, pyriform to globose O-1septate,6. 5 -10. 0×4. 5-7. 8 μm. and elliptical to allantoid .mostly O-septate,4 -12 × 1. 5-3. 1 μm. Microconidia formed in chains and false heads. Conidiogenous cells were polyphialides and simple phialides. Macroconidia falcate,3-4(5)septate,28-64× 2. 6 - 3. 5 μm. Thick-walled hyphae or cells(re-sembling chlamydospores)were globose to subglose.5 - 9×7 -12 μm.更多还原
