三种蚊暗适应复眼ERG的光谱敏感性

【摘要】 本文用复眼ERG的振幅作指标测定了三种蚊的光谱敏感特性。暗适应状态下S2均有多个峰;中华按蚊的Sλmax在553nm,淡色库蚊和埃及伊蚊的Sλmax在498nm;三种蚊的Sλmax均不随刺激强度的变化而改变;弱光刺激时,蚊对紫外光也有一定的敏感性。

【Abstract】 The spectral sensitivity curves of the compound eyes of three species of mosquitoes (Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes aegypti) were measured with the amplitude of ERG under dark adaptation. All showed several peaks. The S_λmax of An. sinensis is located at 553nm, while the S_λmax of Cx. pipies pallens and Ae. aegypti is at 498nm. The S_λmax in the three species do not change with the increasing of stimulus intensity, although the relative sensitivity to 364nm is higher when the eyes were stimulated with lower intensity.
