醋酸确炎松A涂膜剂与软膏剂对胶原形成影响的比较
The effects of triamcinolone acetonide film and ointment on collagen formation
【摘要】 将一新形醋酸确炎松 A 涂膜剂作成份分析,并与其常用软膏剂作对照,运用于豚鼠烧伤深Ⅱ度创面,电镜扫描观察促进胶原降解情况。结果其性状可靠,且等含量、等剂量的药效强于软膏剂。
【Abstract】 Triamcinolone acetonide film was found to be more effective than its ointment in pro- rooting the degradation of collagen in Ⅱ° burned wound of guinea-pigs.
