【Abstract】 Bovine serum albumin was used as the stabilizer of the internalaqueous phase of a microsphere-in-oil-in-water(s/o/w)multiple emulsion.Usingthe unique microwave technique,the albumin in w/o emulsion could be solidifiedto form s/o emulsion.On the basis of screening manufacturing procedures andformulations including stabilizers,emulsifiers,etc;the optimal preparation of methotrexate-loaded s/o/w multiple emulsion was obtained.更多还原
