链脲佐菌素所致慢性糖尿病鼠的骨和钙磷代谢紊乱

【摘要】 应用非脱钙骨组织形态测量、单光子吸收扫描、骨物理测量方法对链脲佐菌素所致的慢性糖尿病鼠及对照鼠的骨组织形态、骨矿物质含量、骨生长和钙磷代谢进行了7周观察和研究。结果提示:糖尿病鼠可发生高尿钙、高尿磷、高血磷、显著的骨量减少和骨生长受抑。骨量减少的组织学基础为成骨细胞活性降低、骨形成和矿化不良。破骨细胞活性相对增高,骨吸收多于骨形成,骨重建单位负平衡。

【Abstract】 By use of histomorphometry and photon absorptiometry and physical measure, calcium homeostasis, bone morphology, bone mass and growth were studied in freely fed control, streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats 7 weeks after the induction of diabetes.It was concluded that abnormal bone and mineral metabolism, which is occurred in diabetic rat characterized by hypercalciuria, hyperphosphaturia and hyperphosphatemia, significant bone loss and growth arrest. The anatomical basis of bone mass reduction is the diminution of osteoblast activities which results in reduction of bone formation and insufficient bone calcification and relative increment of osteoclast activities. Thus bone-resorption overweighs bone-formation leading to a negative balance of bone remodling. It is probable that metabolic disturbance and/or insulin deficiency have a direct effect on bone changes.
