【摘要】 1991年11月到1992年2月在中国科学院高能物理研究所研制的快中子治癌装置上治疗10例恶性肿瘤患者,包括腮腺癌、颌下腺囊腺癌、成骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、前列腺癌、恶性黑色素瘤等。2例为术后放疗,8例为复发、远位转移的晚期病例。快中子照射剂量800ncGy/5f～2168ncGy/13f,2f/1wk。近期疗效CR5例,PR4例。有效率90％。副反应包括干、湿性脱皮、水泡、糜烂,7～20天内愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten patients with locally advanced cancers were treated with fast neutron at the Neutron Therapy Facility, The High-Energy Physics Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. There were 3 locally recurrent and lung metastases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland, 2 osteosarcoma patients with lung metastases in one, 1 synoviosarcoma, 1 chondrosarcoma with lung metastases, 1 postatic cancer and 1 malignant melanoma. The doses ranged from 802 ncGy to 2168 ncGy. All treatments were given in 5 to 13 fractions over 14 to 45 days. Response was good in all. CR + PR was 90%. All showed early mild skin reactions without any severe sequalae.更多还原
