【摘要】 1979年1月至1984年12月收治67例颊粘膜癌,T_2-3期病例占79.4％.单纯放疗30例,剂量多为60～70Gy/6～7周。术前放疗25例,术后放疗12例,剂量多为40～50Gy/4～5周。5年生存率单纯放疗23.3％,术前放疗52％,术后放疗为0％,三组疗后局部未按或复发32例,是主要失败原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-seven patients with carcinoma of the bucal mucosa were treated from January 1979 to December 1984. All were proved by pathology. Thirty patients were treated by radiotherapy alone. 25 by pre operative and 12 by postoperative radio therapy. The 5-year survival rates of these three groups were 23.3%,52% and 0%. respectively.The prognostic factors were: treatment modality, radio therapy dose and pathologic response after preoperative irradiation. The authorsb believe that pro operative radiotherapy is indicated for cancer of the buccal mucosa.更多还原
