【摘要】 用195只雌性S.D大鼠观察用不同血流营养血管的静脉皮瓣。实验结果:静脉皮瓣的存活率随营养的压力增高而增高,皮瓣存活后的弹性亦随营养血管的压力增高而接近正常。静脉皮瓣的成活不完全依靠创面的血液循环,经静脉皮瓣的营养血管注入墨汁,观察到毛细血管内有墨汁的痕迹。而静脉皮瓣的回流,早期与组织的渗出与漏出有关,以后则依靠与周围组织建立的循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and ninty-five S. D. rats were studied to observe the influenc of various blood flow on venous flap. We found that with the pressure of blood flow increasing, the survival rate of venous flap was rising and its elasticity was closer to normal. The survival of the venous flap was not completely dependent on the circulation of serum in wound. The trace of ink that in the nourishing vessel of venous flap was observed in capillaries. The major back flow of blood in venous flap might be caused by permeation or leakage from the wound at early stage, and reconstructed circulation with normal tissue around the flap occured later.更多还原
