用P507-磺化煤油溶液从硝酸溶液中萃取分离镅(锔)与稀土元素

【摘要】 测定了镅(锔)和轻稀土元素(La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm)在P507-磺化煤油和硝酸溶液中的分配比,确定了它们被萃取能力的顺序为:La<Ce<Am<Pr<Nd<Sm,建立了分配比的数学模型,实验值与计算值符合得较好,为设计镅与稀土元素的分离流程提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 A study has been made of the extraction equilibrium of Am( ffi ) and rare earth elements( ffi ) in HNOs solutions with P507-sulphonating kerosene. It has been found that this equilibrium depends on saponification ratio of P507, feed acidity, metal concentration as well as phase ratio. The extraction ability in order is La<CCe<Am <CPr<CNd<Sm. The model of distribution ratio has been founded. The aqreement for the calculated values and the experimental values of distribution ratio is fairly good. These values can be used to design the extraction and separation process of Am and rare earth elements.
