【Abstract】 The germinant rate of Bupleurum falcatum can be raised by soaking the seeds in BA or GAs solution. The effect of BA is better than that of GAs. BA and GA₃ cannot be used together, otherwise the effect on germination will be decreased or checked. BA or GA₃ should be used before the natural sowing time, for after this time they will be useless or even harmful.更多还原
