【Abstract】 This paper deals with the identification of seven snake-drugs by means of iso-electric point of protein, The experimental results show that different species of snake-drugs have different iso-eleetrie points. The experimental data are accurate and easily reproducible (CV<0.5%). The difference of the averages of iso-eleetrie points of the seven snake-drugs (P<0.01%) is extremely significant and thus provides a scientific criterion for the identification of peeled or powdered snake-drugs.更多还原
