【摘要】 利用虎的血清蛋白对家兔进行免疫,制备抗虎血清。抗虎血清再与虎骨蛋白进行免疫学特异血清反应。由于抗原和抗体在接触界面产生沉淀物,所以很快便出现肉眼可见的白色环带。通过这种现象,达到鉴别虎骨的目的。

【Abstract】 Anti-tiger sera were prepared by using tiger serum proteins to immunize the rabbits. Tigerbone can be identified by the specifie serological reaction between the anti-tiger sera and the tiger-bone proteins.
