淀粉基质厌氧消化的氢分压变化状况

【摘要】 氢分压(PH2)是厌氧消化中一项重要的状态参数。本研究进行基质淀粉的中温厌氧消化,观察不同状况下 PH2变化。结果表明:1.具有不同优势类型产CH4菌的反应器,对 PH2变化的承受能力完全不同.2.由有机冲击负荷所造成的PH2变化,其上升速度与基质类型有关。3.PH2变化明显地受到有机负荷上升速率的影响。4.系统的自身缓冲能力也关系到 PH2的变化。因此,本研究认为 PH2作为厌氧消化有机负荷监控的唯一指标是不恰当的。

【Abstract】 The PH2 is one of the impotant state parameters in anaerobic digestion.This study conducted a mesosphilic anaerobic digestion with starch as the substrate,observing the PH2 change in different states.The result showed that(1)te reactors with various kinds of advantages fot mathanogenic bacterium were completely different in their bearing capacities to the PH2 change,(2) the increasing speed of the PH2 change caused by the organic shock load was in relation with the substrate varieties,(3)the PH2 change was impacted apparently by the increasing speed of organic load,(4)the buffering capacity of the system was also relative with the change of PH2 Therefore, we think that it is not justable totake PH2 as the mere index for monitoring the organic load in anaerobic digestion.
