【摘要】 本文应用亲和组化法对100例乳腺癌的12种凝集素受体与ER和PR进行对比研究,结果发现:(1)PNA-R与ER阳性符合率91.2％;RCA-R与PR为88.5％。(2)PNA-R与ER,RCA-R与PR在乳腺癌各年龄组、月经状况、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和各组织学类型的阳性率呈正相关。(3)PNA-R、ER、RCA-R、PR阳性患者肿瘤的复发率低于阴性患者(P<0.05)。结果提示乳腺癌PNA-R与ER,RCA-R与PR有一致性,可通过亲和组化法对常规石蜡切片测定乳腺癌PNA-R和RCA-R,以推测乳腺癌患者的ER和PR状况,对指导临床估计预后和内分泌治疗有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparison was made between receptors of 12 lectins and ER and PR contents in 100 eases of breast cancer tissue by means of lectin histochemieal technics. The results showed that(1) The Concordance rates of positivity of PNA-R and ER was 91.2%,RCA-R with PR was 88.5%. (2)The positive rates of PNA-R and RCA-R were positively correlated to those of ER and PR with respect to age, menopause. tumor size, involvement of lymph nodes and histologic type of the breast cancer. (3)Recurrence rares in patients with positive PNA-R, ER, RCA-R,PR were lower than those in the negative groups of patient(P<0.05). The results showed that there were correlations of PNA-R with ER and RCA-R with PR in breast cancer. ER and PR status of breast cancer can be estimated by the detection of PNA-R and RCA-R with lectin histochemical formalin fixed paraffin-embedded tissue of the tumor. These results are important in planning clinical endocrine therapy and predicting prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
