【Abstract】 This paper is a report of 1568 cases of herniated lumbar discs,which were treated by the traction-fixed reduction therapy.The clinical observation saw a 42.4% exl- lent effect,a 39.7% good effect and a 13.2% fair effect,with a total effective rate mount- ing to 95.3%.In this paper,the age,effect,treatment course and frequencies,and the rela- tions of the lumbar fixation after manipulation will be discussed,and also the mechanisms of the manipulative treatment will be analyzed and expounded.更多还原
