【Abstract】 86 healthy,adult and male rats were selectedand divided into unilateral acupuncture group and thecontrol.The painthreshold,the numbers and intensi-ties of Alpase and G6Pase in the large neurons ofthe spinal ganglion and median eminence of hypo-thalamus and the extinction value of FPACPaes inRollando’s SG of spinal cord of the unilateral acu-puncture group are increased significantly than thatof control;but,there is no significant differenceobserved between that of bilateral sides of SG in theunilateral acupuncture group.The relationship bet-ween conventional theories in acupuncture and modernmedical science is discussed.This study provides thematerial basis for acupuncture analgesia and contra-lateral acupuncture etc.更多还原
