【Abstract】 The authors treated 50 cases of hysteromyomawith acupuncture.Qichong（St 30）,Qugu（CV 2）,Zigong（Ext）,Ciliac（B 32）and Sanyinjiao（Sp 6）were atternately prescribed.In addition,other pointswere also recommendable according to certain symp-toms,e.g.Qihai（CV 6）to the stagnation of Qi,Taichong（Liv 3）to depression of liver Qi,Zusanlito coexistent deficiency of Qi and blood,strongstimulation at Sanyinjiao（Sp 6）for stagnation ofblood.The treatment was once daily and 10 sessionsformed one treating course.With one course to 8courses,36 cases were cured（72%）,8 markedlyeffective（16%）,5 improved（10%）and I unchan-ged（2%）.All those with certain effect were fol-lowed up and none was found recurrence or aggra-vation.The authors also observed the change ofplasma estradiol in 11 cases,and found that E₂ hadbeen remarkably raised before the treatment of nee-dling and was notably reduced after the needling,so there was a marked difference（P<0.001）.更多还原
