【Abstract】 A model for evaluating the capacity of district synthetic preventing system in terms of earthquake losses is established in this paper by using fuzzy mathematics. The authors have explored the weak links of the system mentioned above and suggested an effective procedure of increasing disrict capacity of earthquake resistance and disaster preventing.Through taking suitable means of decision making, the mathematical model presented in this paper could be for referential use during establishing district synthetic preventing system to reduce earthquake disasters.更多还原
