转柱舵在实船上的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了装有转柱舵的船模和实船的操纵性试验,分析了回转、Z形操舵、倒航和停船的试验结果,并与流线型舵进行了比较,阐述了转柱舵良好的操船效果,尤其是倒航和停船时转柱舵对船舶仍具有操纵能力,这是流线型舵所无法相媲的。文中还对转柱舵在实船上应用中如何选择转柱舵的最佳参数、转柱驱动系统和控制系统的方案提出了建议,给出了确定转柱舵水动力和转柱扭矩的数学表达式,可供设计使用。

【Abstract】 This paper presents maneuvering tests of full-scale ship and ship mode ls with Rotating Cylinder Rudder (RCR).Analysis of the results of turning, zig-zag and stopping tests and camparison of them with those of streamline rudder are made. The excellent maneuvering performance is demonstrated by RCR especially, while the ship is going astern or in the stopping conditions, at which the streamline rudder cannot surpass. In addition, suggestions have been made relating to the choice of the optimal parameters of RCR, the driving system of rotating cylinder and the control system in the application of RCR to the full-scale ship. The mathematical expressions for determining the hydrodynamic forces of RCR and the torgue of rotating cylinder are also given.
