【Abstract】 The effects of potassium quercetin phosphate（PQP）on the coronary blood flow and myocardial oxygen consumption were studied in 8 anesthetizedopen-chest cats.The results showed that coronaryblood flow was markedly increased（P<0.05）,but did not singificantly influence the heart rate,blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consump-tion after iv PQP 20 mg/kg.We also observed theeffects of PQP on the nutritional myocardial bloodflow by iv ^99mTc-MIBI and the resistance of hy-poxia after SC isoprenaline in mice.Intravenousadministration of 200mg/kg PQP was able to in-crease markedly the nutritional myocardial bloodflow（P<0.01）,but the resistance of hypoxia wasnot influenced.The results suggest that PQP is ofvalue as an antimyocardial ischemia agent.更多还原
