【Abstract】 The albumin microspheres containing about 9.48% doxorubicin a new dosage form for thetreatment of nonresectable hepatocellular carcino-ma,with a diameter of 50±10μm were preparedby a modified method.The release of doxorubicinfrom microsphere in vitro showed that the micro-sphere was a better sustained-release preparation.The effects in the treatment of hepatocellular car-cinoma after arterial chemoebolization were ob-served in four volunteers.Effective clinical resultswere obtained.更多还原
