【Abstract】 A simple,sensitive and specific reversephaseion-pair high performance liquid chromatographywas developed for the determination of pentami-dine concentration in drug delivery system in vit-ro.The mobile phase was methanol-water(74:36v/v)containing 0. 004 M sodium laurye sul-fonate and 0.01 M triethylamine,with the pH ad-justed to 3.0 by phosphoric acid.Hexamidine wa-sused as the internal standard.更多还原
